Continued Development of User Journeys

Hemi's User Journey through mobile website -

Hemi's journey was very straight forward and quick. I think it suits him as a person and having the listen option allows him to listen to the latest news right there on his mobile.

This adaptation in the site is good and the use of the listen option means you can get right up to date with all of Wellington's latest news right there on your phone.

Sarah Blake's User Journey through Desktop Website -

This site adapts and works well for all users, I like how simplistic it is for Sarah to use and include her opinions and events. In this site it is key to only have the opinion/add your article feature inside the localised area as for users such as Barry Dawn and Mike Richards which are on the site for the 'real news' things written by local people are in specific areas elsewhere on the site.

Barry Dawn's User Journey through Desktop Website -

This user journey is good but I am worried that this layout may be too technical and with the grid it may turn into something far too hard to read understand and find what you are actually interested in. It may still work if it is really simplistically designed so there is strong visual hierarchy.

Having the larger text option and function on all the pages is a good idea and also having the listen option is Barry is still struggling and wanting to listen to the top news articles like Hemi.

These step through illustrations are what I have developed as initial wire frames in illustrator to show the user journey through my webpage. I will print these out and have some trails with these as they are much more accurate to walk people through. They are very simplistic layouts currently and not the final styles I would like design and aesthetic wise.

Very simple adding and creating, remembering techniques and how to code a site basics!
